At Celucioâ„¢, your satisfaction is our priority. Each order is prepared and packed with the utmost care, and we want you to be completely satisfied with every product you receive.

This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, or replacements apply. By completing a purchase on Celucio.com, you agree to the terms below.


Order Cancellations

Because our fulfillment process begins automatically once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded after submission.

  • Please review your order details (address, items, quantities) carefully before checkout.

  • If you contact us immediately after purchase, we will do our best to assist; however, we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has started.

  • Orders placed for testing, duplicates, or "change-of-mind" reasons are not eligible for cancellation.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your Celucioâ„¢ order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please email info@celucio.com within 5 days after delivery (or the expected delivery date if lost).

  • For damaged items: Include clear photos of the damaged product and the original packaging.

  • For lost items: We will open an inquiry with the carrier. Once the loss is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos clearly showing the issue. After verification, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Returns for Other Reasons

All sales are final once submitted.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or minor variations in color, texture, or size caused by digital display or production differences.

  • Returns are accepted only when pre-approved by our support team for eligible issues such as damage or defect.

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be processed or refunded.


Return Process

To request an authorized return, please email info@celucio.com with your order number and relevant photos. If approved, you will receive specific return instructions and the return address.

Returned products must be:

  1. Unused and in original condition.

  2. In the original packaging.

  3. Shipped back within 7 days of approval.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a verifiable error on our part.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If the returned item does not meet the conditions stated above, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or decline the request.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please mention this when contacting our support team. We will arrange the exchange if the requested item is currently in stock.


Chargebacks & Unauthorized Disputes

Initiating a chargeback before contacting our support team may significantly delay the resolution. We work directly with payment providers and carriers to resolve all issues fairly.

Filing unfounded disputes after agreeing to these Terms may result in account restrictions or reporting to payment processors.
