Celucio™ – Shipping Policy

To ensure your package is delivered within the estimated time frame, please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before checkout. Use correct abbreviations and spacing. Celucio™ is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us at info@celucio.com. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the address or cancel the shipment.


Processing Time

  • After your payment is authorized and verified, orders take 1–3 business days to process before shipping.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide directly from our fulfillment centers and partner warehouses.

  • Typical delivery time is 6–12 business days from the date of processing, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

  • Please note that delivery estimates are approximate and exclude weekends, public holidays, or delays caused by customs or logistics disruptions.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees determined by your country’s authorities.

  • These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Celucio™ is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs processing.

Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking information shows your package as "Delivered" but you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@celucio.com within 5 days of the delivery date.

  1. Check with neighbors or your building management first.

  2. Contact your local post office for clarification.

  3. Once a package is marked as “Delivered” to the address provided at checkout, Celucio™ is not responsible for replacement or refund in cases of non-receipt.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order does not arrive within 20 business days after shipment, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package was lost in transit, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders. This allows us to keep our pricing competitive and pass the savings directly to our customers.
